- Building and maintaining strong relationships with suppliers and partners to ensure long-term cooperation
- Negotiating contracts, prices and conditions to achieve the best added value for the company
- Developing and implementing procurement strategies that are in line with the company’s objectives
- Proactively support a region in Europe and its teams in strategic sourcing and supplier relations
- Evaluating and updating the category management strategy for some of the product groups
- Conduct market analyses and monitor market trends, new products, technologies and supplier capabilities to identify potential sourcing opportunities
- Liaising with the marketing and sales teams of the various companies to develop effective promotional campaigns
- Supporting cross-divisional projects, e.g. in the area of sustainability
